COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of North-Rhine Westphalia. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:


Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?

Proof of (full) vaccination, recovery or a negative antigen test certificate must be presented upon arrival. The test certificate must not be older than 48 hours.

If there is no proof of vaccination or recovery, a retest is required every 4 days.


is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

Yes, a surgical mask or an FFP2 mask must be worn at all times in all public hotel areas.

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • To protect both our guests and employes, the front desk is fitted with plexiglass panes.
  • Strict distance regulations are in place at the breakfast buffet and in meeting rooms. It is mandatory to wear a mask in these spaces.
  • Access to the reception is limited to a certain amount of people. For more information, please refer to the on-site signage.
  • The lift may only be used by one person at a time.
  • Public areas are cleaned and disinfected with higher frequency and according to extended cleaning and disinfection plans.


does the hotel offer breakfast?

Yes, breakfast is offered as a buffet, but without warm dishes. You can instead choose from a variety of freshly baked bread and rolls, cold cuts and cheese, boiled eggs, cereals, jam, honey, chocolate spread, yoghurt, apples, milk, water, juice, tea and coffee. The breakfast costs €11.00 and no table reservation is necessary.
