The sports and fitness centre “Universum Fit-Gym“ offers squash, badminton, tennis, billiards and sauna. The gym is only a short walk away from our hotel. We have negotiated special rates for our hotel guests, allowing you to keep fit at very little expense. For a small fee, you are welcome to use all the fitness equipment at the centre or to relax in the sauna and solarium.

Dortmund's beautiful city centre is only 12 km away from the Best Western Hotel Dortmund Airport. Shop until you drop around the Hellweg area, have a relaxing cup of coffee at the old market square (Alter Markt) or explore the city’s countless tourist attractions. Reinoldikirche (St. Reinold’s Church), Marienkirche (St. Mary’s Church), the Florianiturm (Florian tower) and the U-Tower (Dortmunder U) centre for arts and creativity are all worth a visit. Regarding evening entertainment, Brückstraße offers special highlights. The street is home to a number of offbeat pubs and bars where you can immerse yourself in Dortmund's nightlife until the early morning hours.
