From Dortmund Airport DTM, take bus no. 440 for a few stops until you reach Schleefstraße. Then walk to the next traffic lights and turn left into Schleefstraße. The conference hotel is situated a few metres up the road.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The taxi journey costs around € 10.00. To order a taxi, contact our business partner "Airport Taxi" by calling +49 (0) 231 85 44 4. Please mention the name of our hotel to take advantage of our special business rates.

From Dortmund main station, take the underground line 47 bound for Dortmund-Aplerbeck and get off at the last stop, Aplerbeck. The bus station is directly opposite. Take the bus no. 440 towards Dortmund Airport and get off at Schleefstraße. Continue on foot until the traffic lights and then turn left into Schleefstraße. The Best Western Hotel Dortmund Airport is on the left. The walking time is about 5 minutes.

You are welcome to use our on-site car park or the underground parking garage for a fee of € 9.50 per day. There are also coach parking spaces available.

Your hotel room will be available for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Pets are welcome at the hotel against a cleaning fee of  € 8.00 per day/animal.

Children up to the age of 6 are welcome to share their parents’ bed free of charge. For children aged between 6 and 12 years, we offer a 50 % discount on our room rates.

Not in-house, but the fitness centre “Universum Fit Gym” is only a few steps away. You are welcome to exercise there at special discounted rates. The amenities include cardio equipment, squash and badminton courts, a sauna and a solarium.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Upon request and depending on availability, you can also use our high-speed internet (6,000 kbit/s) against a fee.

The many sights and shopping facilities in Dortmund's city centre make it a popular day-trip destination. Fans of the BVB football club enjoy cheering for their team at the Signal Iduna Park.
